Rice grits, cream, and cheese.  The ultimate comfort food. 1 cup rice grits1 cup chicken stock or 1 teaspoon Chicken Better than Bullion dissolved in 1 cup water1 3/4 cup half and half, divided1/2 teaspoon salt1 pat butter3/4 cup Parmesan cheesePepper, to taste 1.
